Privacy Policy — Time Keep

1. Introduction

Time Keep (“the App”) is a time tracking and wage management application developed for personal and small business use. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.

2. Information We Collect

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Employee names
• Work start and end times
• Dates of work entries
• Hourly wage rates
• Payment records and notes
• Employer details you choose to enter for paystubs

We do not collect your personal information on any server. We do not have access to any data you enter into the App.

3. Google Drive Backup (Optional)

If you choose to use the optional Google Drive backup feature:

• The App will request permission to access your Google Drive
• Your App data is uploaded to a folder called “TimeKeep Backups” in your own Google Drive account
• Only you can access this folder
• We do not have access to your Google Drive or its contents at any time
• You can disconnect Google Drive at any time from the Settings tab
• You can delete your backups by removing the “TimeKeep Backups” folder from your Google Drive

4. How We Use Your Information

All data entered into the App is used solely to provide the following features:

• Tracking and displaying work hours
• Calculating wages and generating paystubs
• Storing payment records
• Creating PDF paystubs for download

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, rent, or transmit your data to any third parties. Your data remains entirely on your device and, if you choose, in your own Google Drive account.

6. Data Storage and Security

• All App data is stored locally in a database on your device
• The App does not transmit any data to external servers
• Google Drive backups are protected by your Google account security settings
• We recommend keeping your device and Google account secure with a strong password and two-factor authentication

7. Data Retention and Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can delete your data at any time by:

• Deleting individual entries or employees within the App
• Clearing all App data via Settings → Apps → Time Keep → Clear Data on your device
• Uninstalling the App from your device
• Deleting the “TimeKeep Backups” folder from your Google Drive

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used this App, please contact us so we can assist.

9. Permissions Used

The App requests the following permissions:

Permission	Reason
Internet	Required to upload and download Google Drive backups
Vibrate	Provides haptic feedback when saving entries

No other permissions are requested.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
